PUBLIC NOTICE: Burn Ban The Burn Ban for Red River County has been canceled. The City of Bogata will cancel our Burn Ban, as well. Please use extreme caution when burning outside. The recent rains have reduced the risk, but there is still plenty of fuel and wind to ignite and spread a fire. Never leave a fire unattended. Thank you. Larry Hinsley, Mayor
